Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Guhan Astro, we value your time and ours. Please read this policy carefully before booking a consultation.

1. Cancellation

• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule (one time only) at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in the following situations:

• If you cancel within the permitted cancellation window.

• If Guhan Astro is unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If the service delivered is materially different from the description provided on our website.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds:

• Once the consultation has been completed.

• If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice.

• For dissatisfaction based on outcomes — astrology is a guidance service and results are subjective.

4. Refund Request Process

• Send an email to astrologer@guhanastro.com with your booking details and reason for refund.

• We may request additional information before processing.

• Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
